This unit did not disappoint. It is an excellent location for the budget minded in this facility. Not much of a view, but if that isn't important to you and convenience is- this is the place. The parking, pool, and beach was easier to access from this location than any other.A baseball tournament brought us to the area. We had a middle aged couple in the master, one grandparent in the second bedroom, two teenagers in the bunks, and a 12-year-old on the couch. For showers - the 12-Year-Old and one teenager shared the couple's bathroom while the second teen shared the grandmothers. The 1/2 bath was perfect for the teens to get ready to go out. It worked out great.There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and although our grandmother couldn't brave the trek - we still enjoyed dining in the area with short drives. The biggest downside of our trip was traffic at the bridge!The highlight for everyone was the ability to allow the kids freedom to roam between the pools, lazy river, and beach with their friends. Everything felt secure, security was walking around, and the general vibe felt like family. Our host was stellar and communicated well, even answering a few questions in advance of the trip in a timely manner. Instructions were succinct and clear. We would do this again!

Beautiful condo! Very clean and well maintained. The resort itself was wonderful and our kids had a blast at the pool and beach. The owner Sharon was very responsive and wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

Very clean condo, quiet and family friendly resort, excellent communication with the host before and throughout the stay with clear check in and check out instructions, and covered parking. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

This condo was perfect! Extremely clean, ground floor, close access to pool and beach without walking up/down stairs. The host left a goodie basket of snacks and a keepsake of a jar of sand/shells which my daughter loved. This makes our 4th visit to waterscape and this condo/host has been my favorite! Xoxoxox
